My journey started in 1996 in a hotel in Dublin working as a receptionist. I loved every bit of being part of a team and the buzz around the hotel was intoxicating. Immediately, I knew id found the industry where I would spend my career. Having qualified in science, this was a far cry from where I thought id be!
Fast forward to 2003. I’d gained loads of experience working in America and in smaller hotels here in Ireland. I decided it was time to go out on my own. Dublin Accommodation Services was established in June 2003 in the attic of my home in Dublin. It was instantly successful and too busy to manage alone, so I began recruiting staff as the business grew. Eventually we all moved to bigger purpose built premises and began to lease Hotel properties both in Ireland and in the UK with a staff of over 400 at the peak.
At the best and worst time to buy a hotel, just before COVID, I made the decision to purchase this hotel which I had been running under a lease since 2016. Myself and my family have not looked back and enjoy every moment, every challenge and every new day at Hotel St George.

Our Double Rooms in Dublin feature a comfortable double bed, while our Twin Rooms offer two separate beds. All rooms are en suite and include a 32-inch flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, light refreshments, and Dublin’s fluffiest, crispest linen. Guests can also enjoy convenient access to cooled, filtered water stations located on floors 1, 4, and 5 during their stay for added comfort.
Our triple rooms in Dublin offer one double bed and one single bed, with a limited number available as three separate beds (subject to availability). Each room is en suite and includes a 32-inch flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, light refreshments, and luxuriously crisp linen. Enjoy convenient access to cooled, filtered water stations located on floors 1, 4, and 5 for added guest comfort throughout your stay.
Our Quad Rooms and Family Rooms in Dublin offer two double beds for maximum comfort, with some rooms available as a double and two singles (subject to availability). Guests also have access to cooled, filtered water stations on floors 1, 4, and 5.
